"A" Week on Facebook

I like this idea and so I'm spreading the word. On Monday, March 29, 2010, atheists, naturalists, agnostics, secular humanists and anyone who defines themselves as being "Good Without God" are being asked to replace their Facebook photo with a blazing scarlet letter that would shame Hester Prynne but can become a badge of honor for those of us who have moved past superstition and embrace reason.

If we're going to free humanity from these dark ages of superstition and ignorance and fear, we need to be brave, step into the light and declare ourselves. This movement is part of the process to claim the future. Caution Church Ahead endorses this effort.

Good without God? Imagine Facebook with 'A's all across the site showing the world is full of people who are 'good without God' and don't need religion to influence their lives. Imagine the interest we can generate during 'A' Week On Facebook if 1,000s of people take part. Imagine... you can be a part of making a difference...

Instructions

  • On Monday, 29 March '10 upload the 'A' image to your Facebook profile photos and set it to be your profile photo for the week
  • As the 'A' appears all across the site let's see how much interest we can generate during the week - enjoy the fun!
