The Providence Cross, which started on a median strip until controversy and public pressure forced the owner to move it onto the private property of his car wash, is now in some disrepair. The flag over the word "God" is missing and the flag over the word "bless" is hanging on by threads. I hope that the owner can find the time to repair it.
